RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In case of problems with the product after receiving the product (eg: product broken, expired date, product does not match with the picture, etc.) you can get back the full value of the purchased product subject to the following conditions:
1) You have to mail to email@example.com within 48 hours after receiving the delivery.
2) In case of refund, the product should be in a completely intact condition along with the box.
3) You must return the product to the Head Office of Mumtaz Herbal Products within 7 working days at your own risk. [House No -20, (3rd Floor), Road No – 1/A, Block J, Baridhara, Dhaha 1212, Bangladesh.]
4) In case of advance (bKash / Nagad / Rocket) payment, if the product is not in stock or the buyer is not willing to take, the order will be canceled and the refund will be given to the number from which the advance payment has been made.
Our Customer Care Team will contact you via phone for any complaints regarding products and services. You need to tell us the means of refund for the refund. If we do not receive any of your cooperation by phone or email within 7 working days, we will consider your complaint resolved.
Delivery will be subject to Order Stock of the product. Due to unavoidable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the seller’s promised delivery time.
